Why would anyone build a stadium for an NBA team?  They were complaining that Key Arena was not adequate only about 10 years after it was extensively remodeled.  If they want public financing, the tax on the tickets should be enough that the debt would be paid off in 5 years with a 50% attendance rate and no plohffas.Wyich gets to my next point.
